Desert Neighborhoods
If you prefer the natural beauty of the desert over a golf course community there are plenty of options. Each one of these neighborhoods has its own unique feel. Some are nestled up close to the mountains while others boast a panoramic view of the valley. We recommend driving through the different areas to get a feel for what you like best. Neighborhoods with smaller lots tend to be more modestly priced. If you are looking for a little more space you may want to consider homes in an area with a minimum lot size of 1 or 2 acres. Here you will find mostly custom homes, many of which take advantage of the unique landscapes and views of the surrounding mountains.
